I confirm that I have known Rosemary Finch for the last 7 years.

We met in 2005 whilst our company used her company to complete various projects. In 2008 I was then employed by the company she works for and she was my boss for nearly four years until such time as I resigned in November 2011.

At all times I have found Rosemary to be extremely hard-working, conscientious, honest and courteous. Rosemary has a lot of compassion which ads to her strong work ethic. She always has an open ear for her staff. Whilst I was in her employ, she was the Chief Operating Officer and as such had most of the staff reporting to her. She was always fair in her dealings and I would not hesitate to work for her again. She took on a mentor role for many staff members thus empowering others.

She is a fast learner and as such has no issues working in a highly technological field dealing with new technology every day.
