I have had dealings with Rosemary over roughly the past five years, and have found her to be professional in her approach to any situation. Rosemary can comfortably interact with persons at all organizational levels. She is decisive and seems to easily get the buy-in and cooperation of others. She is a team player and at the same time comes across to me as a natural leader and is always available and consistent in her approach. She seems to be able to achieve goals through other people, without needing to be intimately knowledgeable about the area of expertise involved.

She is fun-loving and always has a smile on her face and seems to cope with things better than most people I know.
