Cimentos da Beira, Lda is in the process of constructing a clinker grinding and cement packaging plant in the Munhava area in Beira, to capture the cement market of the central region of Mozambique. Production should commence by the end of 2014. In the early stages of this significant project, late 2013, we required advice on local risk cover and engaged the services of Rosemary Finch/SureMoz as our risk advisor.

We have been dealing with SureMoz and Rosemary in particular since October 2013. Prior to that we were dealing with an insurer directly and experiencing some difficulties. Service and follow up was not timeous and our rates were not particularly competitive. We did not have access to an easy summary so that we could understand, at a glance, what was insured, why it was insured and when it was renewable. Rosemary has ensured that our rates wer improved, has advised on necessary cover and keeps us informed on our cover and any changes required through summaries and regular updates.
We believe that SureMoz has our best interests at heart and Rosemary is customer focused and efficient. It has been far simpler dealing with SureMoz than directly with an insurer and we are guided and assisted as necessary.
