I have known and worked with Rosemary on a number of “client/service provider” type projects since the 1990’s, when I was the General Manager of Adams & Adams, through to the present, in my current role of Chief Executive Officer of Werksmans Attorneys.

I have known Rosie since 2004, first as an associate (competitor) in the Audio Visual industry, and over the past 2 years, as a customer. Rosie’s friendly and warm demeanour belies her astute business skills which she employs with dedication and drive. I have known Rosemary since 2006 when I was originally employed by Teljoy Business Systems. In all the time spent with the organisation, I had the opportunity to engage with Rosemary and work very closely with her at times.

She is tenacious and very driven and focussed on her career goals and sets exceptionally high standards for herself and the team she works with. She is a tough negotiator and dedicated to deliver on her commitments. She is highly organised and results driven.

Rosemary also demonstrated empathy and compassion to those less fortunate and makes a special effort to encourage development and growth of staff in her employ. She is very dedicated and sincere in her dealings with people and is committed to her own personal growth and development.

Her communication skills, both written and verbal are excellent. One of her strongest traits is her ability to consistently submit exceptionally well researched and well written reports to clients. I have had dealings with Rosemary over roughly the past five years, and have found her to be professional in her approach to any situation. We met in 2005 whilst our company used her company to complete various projects. In 2008 I was then employed by the company she works for and she was my boss for nearly four years until such time as I resigned in November 2011.

At all times I have found Rosemary to be extremely hard-working, conscientious, honest and courteous. Rosemary has a lot of compassion which ads to her strong work ethic. She always has an open ear for her staff. Whilst I was in her employ, she was the Chief Operating Officer and as such had most of the staff reporting to her. She was always fair in her dealings and I would not hesitate to work for her again. She took on a mentor role for many staff members thus empowering others.

She is a fast learner and as such has no issues working in a highly technological field dealing with new technology every day.
