I have known Rosie for a few years now and what I admire is the way she approaches business challenges not only with professionalism but she also gives you the feeling of personal attention. She cares for her customer and is genuine in her wish to see problems resolved.

We recently went through an upgrade of all our Video conferencing equipment in our Group, which needless to say caused some interruption to an already running service in the organisation. Our video rooms are used often by mainly senior executives who cannot afford interruption and frustration. Needless to say there were some of both. I then got to see Rosie dealing with some of these, at time heated, meetings.

I believe Rosie will do exceptionally well in whatever she puts her heart into and wish her well for her future. I believe the people she leaves behind at Teljoy have a lot to live up to.
