Rosemary Finch is a highly valued leader, mentor, colleague and friend. We have worked together since 2007, when I joined the company, and I can state the following with confidence.

Rosemary is a very good communicator and has been able to competently lead a team of over seventy individuals at any given point over the period I’ve known her. She still manages to keep her people focused on the task at hand; to a point where we are one of a few companies making strides in growth and development; in a difficult and sensitive economic climate.

Her clear thinking, emotional intelligence and objective approach has gained her status as confidant and I can recall many instances where colleagues mentioned (after the fact) how well they were assisted with personal or work related challenges.

Personally, I have taken Rosemary’s example of excellence as motivation to achieve my own success.
