Recommendation:  Rosemary Finch and SureMoz Risk Advisors

We nominated Rosemary Finch of SureMoz as our insurance risk advisor in January 2014.  She had approached us and at the time there was some unhappiness with our current provider.

Rosemary has proved herself capable of keeping the service promises she made and has given us timeous service and valuable advice.  She has negotiated cover on our behalf and provided a number of things with very short notice. She diligently reminds us of deadlines and has managed several claim requirements, guiding us through the process and liaising on our behalf.

Rosemary appears to be backed by a solid back office and SureMoz seem to have good relationships with the insures as they have indicated was the case.  We are confident in the service we are receiving and have no problem in recommending SureMoz and Rosemary to the market generally
